We believe in clean yards, clear expectations, and customer satisfaction.
🐕 Dog Interaction Policy
- For the safety of our team and your pets, all dogs must be secured indoors or in a separate area during service visits.
- Our team members do not handle pets at any time.
- If a dog is loose and prevents service, we will notify you immediately and skip the visit for safety.
🔐 Yard Access Policy
- Please ensure gates are unlocked and the yard is accessible on your scheduled service day.
- If we are unable to access your yard, the visit may be skipped, and we’ll reach out to reschedule.
🌿 Yard Condition Policy
- Tall grass, excessive leaves, or debris may limit our ability to thoroughly clean the yard.
- We’ll do our best with what’s visible and let you know if conditions made the service incomplete.
- If it has been more than 6 weeks since your last clean-up, we’ll treat it as a one-time deep clean.
💩 Waste Removal Policy
- Standard Service: Waste is collected, bagged, and placed in your outdoor trash bin.
- Take-Away Option: Available upon request — let us know your preference.
- We do not use indoor bins, garage cans, or public waste containers.
🕒 Cancellations & Scheduling
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- We’ll always try to accommodate your needs and reschedule promptly.
- In cases of bad weather or unsafe yard conditions, we may delay or reschedule your service.
✅ Satisfaction Guarantee
- Your satisfaction matters. If you’re not happy with a service, just let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right.
